Founded in 2003, Imagilin® Technology, LLC is a biotechnology company located in Frederick, Maryland, USA specializing in innovative technology and product development for both human and animal health and nutrition.

The company has developed a revolutionary, patented strain of  probiotic, Pediococcus acidilactici NRRL B-50517. It is a plant-based, non-GMO microorganism, and the only non-spore forming probiotic on the market that can withstand high temperatures up to 185℉ or 85℃, and stomach acids. It is marketed as PA5051® and available in two forms: for ingredients: Nutri-5051® for applications in human food industry, and Mito-5051®  for applications in the pet and farm animal industry and for nutrition supplements: NutriLots™ product lines for human health; and MitoMax® product lines as pet health. All Pediococcus-based probiotics can be stored at room temperature for up to two years.

 

Imagilin® Technology, LLC continues to make advancements in new technologies and product development and has been comprehensively involved in basic research and clinical studies worldwide for all its products. This has been driven in part by research performed in collaboration with the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, the United States Department of Agriculture, Beltsville, the University of Maryland, College Park, University of Maryland School of Medicine, North Texas University, Marion Scott Dupont Equine Medical Center, Virginia Polytechnic Institute, and Hood College. The results of the research have been published in several scientific magazines and journals. The company has 7 issued patents with more patents pending approval to establish our probiotic technology platform and to protect our company intellectual properties.
